Shipping:
UK only shipping
Orders ship out within 2-7 business days. If you need something quickly please message me and I will do my best.
Ceramics will usually be sent via courier and prints will come via Royal Mail.
Shipping costs £3 for prints (multiples don't cost any extra) and £5 for 1 ceramic, then £2 extra for any additions, unless very small. If very small pieces are ordered together I will refund the £2 additional fee.
Returns:
All sales are final except in the event of a fulfillment error on my end. Any issues please email me [email protected] and I will help if I can.
Lost / Damaged Items:
If your item doesn't arrive within an appropriate time frame please let me know (2 weeks after posting should be enough unless there's strikes etc). For ceramics your delivery should be easily tracked through the courier, so if it is undelivered please let me know so I can check with them. If your package is confirmed as lost I will send a replacement if possible and if not a full refund.
All orders are packed very carefully to avoid damages during transportation and leave my hands in good condition. If your item is damaged in transit please send me a picture of the damage to [email protected] and I will refund in full.
