Shipping Times
Orders ship out within 2-7 business days.

Returns:
All sales are final except in the event of a fulfillment error on my end. Any issues please email me [email protected] 

Lost / Damaged Items:
If your item doesn't arrive within an appropriate time frame please let me know (2 weeks after posting should be enough unless there's strikes etc). For ceramics your delivery should be easily tracked through the courier, so if it is undelivered please let me know so I can check with them. If your package is confirmed as lost I will send a replacement if possible and if not a full refund.

All orders are packed very carefully to avoid damages during transportation and leave my hands in good condition. If your item is damaged in transit please send me a picture of the damage to [email protected] and I will refund in full.

Return to Sender or Unclaimed Packages:
This can happen if you put in the incorrect shipping address. I do not change shipping addresses unless you have emailed me asking me to do so. You might need to pick up your package from the distribution center. If you do not do so quick enough, the shipping service will send your package back to me. If your package is returned to me, I will refund you the cost of the item but not the shipping fees.
